While giving discourse on Soundarya lahari sloka 21, SrI Kanchi Paramacharya SrI ChandrashekharEndra Sarasvati Mahasvamigal, has mentioned about Garuda Mantra for Stambhana, Dahana & Samhara mantras of SrI Garuda.

These mantras being the part of Amnaya Mantras practiced by Sri Vidya Upasakas, I thought it necessary to share this at this critical time, we are undergoing, so that it may be of use to all of us in preventing the viral attack. I shall also share ” DAHANA’ & SAMHARANA” Mantras that may be used by those who are already infected.

Energising vibhuti / kumkum/ with the chanting mantra using middle, ring and Thumb and applying it on the forehead also found to be useful.
