Sri Sukta chanted in the worship of Devi, particularly Sri Mahalakshmi is one of the Khila suktas in Rigveda.
Purusha sukta is seen in all the four vedas with little differences.
Purusha sukta in Rigveda has 16 mantras. There is a practice particularly in Kerala combining 15 mantras of Sri Sukta with 16 mantras of Purusha sukta.
There are many other ways also for using Sri Sukta in the worship of Shakti. Sri Sukta is used while performing Tithi Nitya Puja. There is also practice of combining Sri Sukta with a Mahalakshmi Mantra from Rigveda and selected verses from Sri Durga Saptashati.
Combining Sri Sukta with Purusha sukta is the best way to worship Shiva sahakti or Ardhanareeshvara. Chanting in such a way is said to give the devotees all that they desire and deserve.
